Experience the heart opening magic and sacredness of ceremonial cacao & breathworks.
This is an opportunity for you to weave your intention for your own healing, trust that your body already knows what you need, & be held in an intimate sacred medicine ceremony.
You will drink a small cup of sacred ceremonial cacao, prepared with love, kindness & intention, then journey to release any hidden trauma or memories or access inner wisdom held within your body in a nurturing and supported way.

The experience of coaching with my is heart centred, soulful, real, experiential, a unique journey showing you ways you can listen to your body, mind & spirit, with courage to delve deeply into areas of your or your life that you would like support with.
Coaching sessions are in person at my home or out in nature or via zoom.
I like to work in nature as a more natural rhythm and flow can happen in the sessions. Your mind quietens which allows your body and soul to do the talking.
Sessions are a commitment to you & your personal growth, and this is reflected in my coaching packages.
